What to include in your enquiry

Catchment areaThe area draining to the tank.

Required storage volumeIn cubic metres or cubic feet. This one carries double weight; without it nothing else can be counted.

Traffic loading over the tankPedestrian, car park or heavy goods vehicle access.

Site constraintsCover depth, water table, buried services, access for delivery.

A drawing or site planOptional, and it speeds up the load-grade check. Drawings are handled as confidential.

Shipping basis and destinationFOB or CIF, destination port, and whether part-container loading is acceptable.

Why the list is this short

Those six items are what an engineer needs to name a model, a load grade, a unit count, a container count and a lead time. The reply comes back within 24 hours on business days. Cover depth, drain-down and the load grade your build-up calls for stay with your design engineer, working from the site data; AQUA RainWater moulds and supplies the units and is not the installation contractor. A storage volume is a quantity of storage, not a water-quality or pollutant-removal figure.
