Load Grade Ladder Selector

Pick the surface above the tank and the storage volume you need, and the selector lists the grades on the Load Grade Ladder that we quote as a starting point for that surface, with the unit count for each.

Selection basis

The ladder pairs each model and grade with its unit height, usable litres and short-term vertical ultimate strength from our product record: modules from 22 to 50 t/m², ARW-1050 tanks from 30 to 60 t/m², shallow tanks rated at 70 and 89.2 t/m². Unit counts are storage litres ÷ usable litres per unit, rounded up, using the 500 mm ARW-1050 height.

A grade on this list is the starting point for the conversation, not a design approval. Module test results are not transferable between systems, and cover under 1 m beneath traffic needs its own analysis by the engineer of record from cover depth, traffic load and groundwater. Model-level test data ships with the quotation.
