A Stormwater Products Factory Built Around One Controlled Supply Process
AQUA RainWater Solutions supplies modular stormwater, ground-reinforcement and lining products for international projects. Our core moulded-product operation is supported by 30 injection-moulding machines, two-shift production and in-house compression-test capability.
Our moulded-product operations date to 2009, serving project buyers in the Middle East, Europe and the Americas. We bring every stage of supply together, so you receive the specified product configuration and its supporting documents in one controlled process.

Production & Quality Control
Checked in the Factory, Reviewed Again Before Loading
Quality control for our moulded products runs from the machine to the container door.
Core moulded products are produced on our injection-moulding lines in two-shift operation.
Products are assembled and configured according to the ordered model and load grade.
Before shipment, approximately 2% of each moulded-product batch is sampled for dimensions, colour, appearance and compression.
Our in-house compression testing machine is used for internal testing and customer-witnessed tests.
Product configuration, inspection status and packing are reviewed before any container is loaded.
Selected third-party product test reports and company certificates can be provided according to the product and order.

The ~2% sampling and compression workflow applies to our moulded products. In-house compression tests are internal or customer-witnessed checks. Where independent evidence is required, selected third-party product test reports can be provided according to product and order.

Customer and third-party audits are accepted by prior appointment. A normal audit can generally be completed in one to two days.

Working capacity for our core stormwater module range is approximately 1,000 m³ per day, with annual export volume around 300,000 m³. One 40HQ of core modules typically takes approximately 2–3 days, and up to about 7 days excluding raw-material preparation. Actual timing depends on model, material preparation, order mix and season.
No. Our injection-moulding lines produce our core moulded products. Geotextile, geomembrane and EPDM pond liner are not made on these lines — they are supplied through our coordinated supply process, so they can be consolidated with your module order in one shipment.
Yes. Customer and third-party factory audits are accepted by prior appointment and generally take one to two days. Remote video inspection can also be arranged. You can attend a compression test at our factory or receive the test video when agreed.
We supply products, supporting materials and product-related documentation; installation is carried out by your appointed contractor. We can arrange remote guidance, loading supervision and on-site technical support.
Full-container shipment is preferred for our main modular products. Consolidated LCL and smaller-container shipments can be reviewed for suitable orders, and your ordered Aqua products and supporting materials can be consolidated together.
No. We do not disclose customer or distributor identities to other buyers. Project, customer and distributor names are published only when specifically approved.
