Product & Compliance
- Spec-grade geocellular and chamber systems for heavy-duty use.
- Selected H400 and H500 module samples have EN 17150 compression results; separate submitted samples have 200-day creep and 200-hour UVA findings. See the conditions in our public data guide.
- Batch inspection and in-house compression checks support relevant moulded products. Management-system certificate scope and current validity are reviewed for each project.
- Core moulded modules can be specified with recycled, blended, virgin or modified PP, subject to model-specific formulation and testing.
- Submittal pack: datasheets, calcs, O&M, BOMs, cover sections, checklists.
- Product-specific test methods and local design requirements are confirmed in the project submittal.
Supply, Terms & Support
- Manufacturing support includes 82 injection-moulding machines and 200,000 m² of combined factory space. Core stormwater-module production capacity is approximately 100,000 m³ per month; annual exports are around 1,000,000 m³. Delivery depends on model, material and order schedule.
- In-stock models ship within 3 days; MTO per quantity & schedule
- More than 35 mould sets support the core module range; project-specific tooling and production scheduling are available.
- Incoterms EXW/FOB/CIF/CFR/DAP/DDP are available by agreement; export paperwork follows the quotation and contract.
- Partner order minimums are agreed project by project; there is no fixed two-container entry requirement.
- White-label available with extra fee; co-branding on request.
- Typical payment is T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance; sight L/C is also available when agreed.
- Staged shipments support phased builds and warehouse constraints.
- Optional paid install supervision; video briefings and checklists.
- Bid take-offs from drawings/specs; hydraulics & cover design notes.
- Photo/QA templates for documentation and approvals on site.
