Storage-per-Container Estimator

Enter the storage volume your design needs and the tank or module family, and the estimator returns the unit count, the number of 40 ft containers and the shipped storage per container.

Calculation basis

Units = required volume in litres ÷ usable litres per unit, rounded up, after the spare percentage is applied. Containers = units ÷ units per 40 ft, rounded up. Units per 40 ft: ARW-8053 1,200 sets; ARW-8025 2,050 sets; ARW-6841 approximately 1,680 sets (estimated from panel volume); ARW-1050 at 500 mm 1,340 units and at 400 mm 1,400 units (assembled tank volume per 40 ft of 335 m³ and 280 m³ divided by the unit envelope of 0.25 m³ and 0.20 m³). One cubic foot = 0.0283168 m³.

The result is a planning quantity, not a packing list. Final loading follows the order mix, accessories and pallet plan, and the storage volume itself is set by your drainage design. Mixed families and 20GP or 40GP containers are priced in the quotation.
