1) Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a manufacturing factory supporting OEM/ODM. Virtual factory tours or third‑party audits can be arranged.

Yes. Common agencies include SGS, TÜV, BV. Pre‑shipment inspections (PSI) or audits should be booked in advance; fees are borne per agreement.
4)您的主要市场和客户类型是什么?
We serve global customers including wholesalers, retailers, contractors, and developers.
R&D / Customization (OEM/ODM)
5)你们可以支持哪些定制服务?
We support appearance, dimensions, materials, functions, packaging, labeling, barcodes, manuals, colors. We can develop from drawings or samples and provide 2D/3D files and prototypes.
6) How do you protect our designs and confidential information?
We can sign NDA/NNN. Access is strictly need‑to‑know; samples and molds are stored separately.
7) Who owns molds/fixtures and who maintains them?
Ownership can belong to the buyer or be co‑owned as per contract. Routine maintenance is on us; major rework or abnormal damage is quoted separately. Transfer can be arranged before discontinuation.

Yes. After development we can OEM manufacture for you, offering competitive pricing and high‑quality service.
生产与质量
9) What is your quality control process?
We implement IQC → IPQC → FQC → OQC. Key processes have SOPs and first‑article approval. Batches follow AQL sampling (typical: General Level II, AQL 2.5/4.0).
10) Can you provide full inspection reports and traceability?
Yes—records for incoming, in‑process, final, functional tests are available. Materials and test data are traceable to supplier and date codes.
11) What about capacity and delivery assurance?
Capacity varies seasonally. We assure delivery with capacity planning, bottleneck redundancy, safety stock, and weekly scheduling. For GeoTank we have 10+ sets of molds and a peak daily output up to 1,500 m³.
12) How do you handle defects and rework?
We perform 8D/5‑Why analysis and corrective actions. Rework or remake is carried out where necessary before release.

13) Which regulations/standards can your products meet?

Options include FSC materials, recyclable or PCR materials, and support for audits such as BSCI/SMETA/RBA as needed.
Purchasing & Pricing
16) What does your quotation include?
Quotation typically covers the product, standard packaging, basic QC; third‑party tests, special packaging, and destination charges are excluded unless agreed (e.g., DDP). Validity is usually 30–60 days.

18) What is the standard lead time?
It depends on production status. We schedule 24/7 to manufacture your order and deliver at the earliest possible time.
19) How do you confirm orders and drawings?
Before placing orders we confirm PI/contract, BOM, drawings/samples, process and quality standards. Critical color/dimensions are locked via sealed master samples.
20) Can you expedite?
Yes, without compromising quality. The main constraints are custom materials lead times and any required lab testing.
Packaging & Sustainability
21) What packaging and labels can you support?
Typical packaging: pallets, woven bags, stretch film, cartons. We can customize manuals / warnings / multi‑language labels / barcodes.
22) Can you ship under Amazon FBA or retailer guidelines?
Yes—carton labels, inner/outer carton limits, carton strength, and ISTA drop tests can be arranged to meet FBA/retailer specs.
23) Do you offer eco or recycled material options?
Yes. Options include FSC paper, recyclable plastics, PCR materials. We can estimate cost and carbon impact.
Logistics & Customs
24) Which Incoterms and shipping methods are available?
Common Incoterms 2020: EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP. Shipping by sea, air, rail, multimodal, and express (samples).
25) Can you help with HS codes and customs documents?
We can suggest HS Codes and prepare commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, etc. Final codes/duty depend on the importing customs authority.
26) What does DDP include? Which taxes will we bear?
With DDP we can complete customs clearance in the agreed country and cover duties/import fees as specified. Local taxes (e.g., VAT) follow contract and local laws.
Payment & Finance
27) What payment methods do you accept?
Typical options: T/T (e.g., 30% deposit, balance before shipment), L/C (letter of credit). Samples/small orders can use PayPal or credit card.
28) Which currencies do you quote in?
We support USD/EUR and other currencies. Details are confirmed with our sales team based on your needs.
29) Invoices and tax documents?
We provide Proforma Invoice (PI) and Commercial Invoice (CI). VAT or platform statements can be provided when required.
Samples & MOQ
30) What is your sample policy?
Ready samples ship in 3–5 days; customized samples in 7–15 days. Sample and freight charges may be deducted from bulk orders per agreement.

It depends on category/materials; typical range is 300–3000 units per SKU. For lower volumes we can discuss shared materials, color adjustments, or combined scheduling.
32) Can you provide marketing/media assets?
We can provide high‑resolution photos, dimensional drawings, and basic videos. Professional shoots or 3D renders can be quoted and offset in orders if needed.

33) What is your warranty policy?
Standard warranty is 12 months (excluding misuse). For quality issues we offer spare parts, replacements, or credits with supporting evidence (photos/videos and batch info).
34) How do you handle returns/replacements (RMA)?
We triage remotely first; returns or on‑site disposal as needed. Confirmed quality issues are covered by us; human‑induced damage/out‑of‑warranty follow the agreement.
35) Liability and recall mechanism?
We maintain a risk assessment → CAPA → notification/recall process and cooperate with authorities and customer communications if required.
Communication & Visits
36) Response time and time‑zone support?

You’re welcome to visit. We can provide invitation letters and travel tips; airport pickup can be arranged depending on city.
38) Public holidays and Chinese New Year impact?
Chinese New Year falls in Jan–Feb with 1–3 weeks of holiday. Please lock orders and key materials 4–8 weeks in advance to reduce impact.
IP & Confidentiality
39) Can you avoid cross‑supplying to our competitors?
We can include exclusive/non‑exclusive and territory/channel clauses with reasonable terms and penalties.
40) How do you handle trademarks and patents?
We can assist with registrations in China (trademarks, design/utility patents). Buyers must ensure lawful authorization for any third‑party rights.
41) Data retention and GDPR?
Customer data is used only for fulfillment with minimum retention. We can sign data processing terms and delete/anonymize upon instruction.
Other
42) Do you support escrow/trade‑assurance platforms?
Yes, depending on project and amount. Fees and flow follow platform policies.
43) How do you control changes (design/material/supplier)?
All changes require ECN/PCN and written approval. For functional or regulatory impact, re‑approval of samples/tests is required.
44) Can you provide a project timeline with milestones?
We can share a Gantt or weekly plan from requirements → drawings → sample → tests → PO → materials → mass production → inspection → shipment, and update weekly.
45) How do you handle emergencies/force majeure?
We activate contingency plans and customer notifications, prioritize WIP and key orders, and adjust scheduling or transport to minimize impact.
