Les casiers sont identiques. La diff\u00e9rence essentielle r\u00e9side dans ce qu'il advient de l'eau une fois qu'elle a p\u00e9n\u00e9tr\u00e9 dans le syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le bain de mer :<\/strong>&nbsp;L'eau s'infiltre dans le sol environnant. Utilisez un puits perdu lorsque :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>La perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 du sol est ad\u00e9quate<\/strong>\u00a0- Un test de percolation BRE 365 confirme des taux d'infiltration acceptables. S'il s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 moins d'un m\u00e8tre du radier du syst\u00e8me propos\u00e9, quelle que soit la p\u00e9riode de l'ann\u00e9e, l'infiltration ne fonctionnera pas de mani\u00e8re fiable. Choisissez l'att\u00e9nuation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9tape 3 : V\u00e9rifier les zones de protection \u00e0 la source<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Consultez les cartes SPZ de l'Agence pour l'environnement. Les puits perdus sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement interdits dans la zone SPZ1 et limit\u00e9s dans la zone SPZ2. L'att\u00e9nuation avec rejet \u00e0 l'\u00e9gout est l'option la plus conforme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9tape 4 : V\u00e9rifier les exigences en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9charge<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Contactez le LLFA ou la compagnie des eaux. S'ils sp\u00e9cifient un taux de rejet maximum (courant pour les d\u00e9veloppements de plus de 10 logements ou 0,5 hectare), vous avez besoin d'une att\u00e9nuation avec contr\u00f4le du d\u00e9bit m\u00eame si l'infiltration est th\u00e9oriquement possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9tape 5 : Prendre en compte les contraintes du site<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L'espace limit\u00e9 \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 des b\u00e2timents peut exclure les puits perdus (exigence d'une marge de recul de 5 m\u00e8tres).
