Il pr\u00e9voit des quartiers r\u00e9sidentiels modernes, des \u00e9quipements publics et des espaces verts dot\u00e9s d\u2019une gestion fiable et durable des eaux pluviales. Le projet couvre les voiries municipales, les b\u00e2timents publics et les \u00e9quipements collectifs. Ce r\u00e9seau cach\u00e9 stocke et contr\u00f4le les eaux de ruissellement sans occuper d'espace en surface. Nous avons fourni 10 000 m\u00b3 d'unit\u00e9s g\u00e9ocellulaires modulaires pour ces syst\u00e8mes souterrains. Les unit\u00e9s principales sont install\u00e9es sous les bureaux gouvernementaux et les routes principales, tandis que les unit\u00e9s secondaires sont plac\u00e9es sous les parkings et les espaces verts afin de former un r\u00e9seau de r\u00e9tention interconnect\u00e9. Elles sont install\u00e9es sur des bases en gravier et enti\u00e8rement envelopp\u00e9es dans un g\u00e9otextile afin d'emp\u00eacher l'envasement et d'assurer des performances hydrauliques \u00e0 long terme. Les modules renforc\u00e9s sous les routes et les zones de circulation supportent les charges mobiles, avec des profondeurs d'enfouissement g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement comprises entre 1,5 et 5 m selon les conditions. Les r\u00e9servoirs sont reli\u00e9s au r\u00e9seau d'\u00e9gouts municipal par des vannes de r\u00e9gulation, des trop-pleins et des pi\u00e8ges \u00e0 s\u00e9diments de premi\u00e8re pluie afin d'intercepter les polluants. Des puits d'acc\u00e8s et des chambres \u00e0 s\u00e9diments permettent un nettoyage r\u00e9gulier et prolongent la dur\u00e9e de vie du syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce syst\u00e8me soulage la pression des \u00e9gouts pluviaux lors de fortes pluies, r\u00e9duit les risques d'inondation et pr\u00e9serve l'utilisation pr\u00e9cieuse des terres tout en favorisant une gestion durable de l'eau. Il r\u00e9duit \u00e9galement les charges polluantes et, lorsqu'il est con\u00e7u sous forme d'unit\u00e9s perm\u00e9ables, contribue \u00e0 la recharge des nappes phr\u00e9atiques. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa conception modulaire et \u00e9volutive, le r\u00e9seau peut \u00eatre \u00e9tendu ou modernis\u00e9 conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la planification \u00e0 long terme du
