Ce projet visait \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les inondations de surface, \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9tention d'eau et \u00e0 se conformer aux normes WSUD (Water-Sensitive Urban Design) en installant des syst\u00e8mes d'infiltration modulaires souterrains sous les jardins et les espaces verts.
